Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026We want you to have a great experience with 365 Sports Online. Here's our policy on refunds and cancellations for time slot purchases (live streams, recordings, and bundles).
1. Self-Service Refund Requests
You can request a refund directly from the My Purchases page in your account. Eligible purchases will show a "Request Refund" button. Your request will be reviewed by the venue, and you'll receive an email when a decision is made. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
2. Live Stream Purchases
Live stream time slot purchases are eligible for a refund for 24 hours after purchase, or until the scheduled start time — whichever comes first. Once either the 24-hour window has passed or the time slot has begun, refunds are no longer available for change-of-mind requests. If a live stream fails to start or experiences a significant interruption due to a technical issue on our end, you are eligible for a full refund regardless of timing.
3. Recording Purchases
Recording purchases are eligible for a refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have not yet accessed or watched the recording. Once you view the recording or the 24-hour window expires, refunds are no longer available for change-of-mind requests. If a recording is unavailable, corrupted, or fails to play due to an issue on our end, you are eligible for a full refund regardless of access.
4. Bundle Purchases (Live + Recording)
Bundle purchases follow the same eligibility rules as live stream purchases — refunds are available for 24 hours after purchase, or until the scheduled start time, whichever comes first.
5. Duplicate & Accidental Purchases
Our system prevents duplicate purchases for the same time slot. If you believe you were charged in error or made an accidental purchase, please contact us and we will review and resolve the issue promptly.
6. Cancelled Events
If a scheduled time slot is cancelled before streaming begins, all purchases for that slot are automatically refunded to the original payment method. You will receive an email notification when a cancellation refund is processed.
7. Technical Issues
We are not responsible for stream quality issues caused by your internet connection, device, or network configuration. Refunds are only issued for technical issues originating from our service or the venue's streaming equipment. We recommend a minimum internet speed of 5 Mbps for optimal streaming quality.
8. Referee Registration Fee
Registering as a referee requires a one-time $25 registration fee that lists your profile in our referee directory. This fee is fully refundable within 12 hours of payment — request the refund yourself from the My Referee Assignments or My Purchases page, and it is processed immediately to your original payment method (your profile is then removed from the directory). After 12 hours the registration fee is non-refundable. Unlike other purchases, this refund is self-service and instant within the window rather than reviewed by a venue.
