Customers visit your venue's dedicated page on our web portal and book court time directly through an online calendar. QR codes at each court also link directly to the booking page. They pick a zone, choose available time slots, and pay online. You set the prices and operating hours — we handle the technology and payment processing.

We provide ongoing technical support for the streaming platform. If there's a camera issue, network problem, or anything related to the system, our team will help troubleshoot remotely and get you back online.

No. We handle all customer support for stream and recording purchases. If a viewer has a question about their purchase, playback issues, or needs a refund, that's on us. Your staff doesn't need to field any calls or emails related to the streaming or booking platform.

Unlikely. Each camera stream uses about 5–8 Mbps of upload bandwidth. Most commercial internet plans have far more capacity than that. During our initial site visit, we test your internet speed to make sure streaming won't impact your day-to-day operations. If bandwidth is tight, we can adjust video quality settings or recommend a simple upgrade.

Most installations are completed within a single day. For larger facilities with multiple courts, it may take 2–3 days. We work around your schedule to minimize disruption.

We offer flexible partnership agreements. There's no long-term lock-in — we believe in earning your business through results, not contracts. We do ask for a minimum 90-day trial period to give the service time to gain traction with your community.

You can create tournaments with 8 different bracket formats (single elimination, double elimination, round robin, pool play, Swiss, consolation bracket, and round robin league). Teams register online, coaches get invited via email, and matches auto-schedule to your available courts. A live, shareable bracket page lets participants and fans follow along in real-time. Every tournament game is automatically streamed and recorded. Tournaments fill courts during slow hours and bring repeat customers back season after season.

Yes. Coaches and organizers can enter full box scores after every game — points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, shooting percentages, and more for basketball, with sport-specific stats for every sport we support. Player profiles track stats across teams and seasons. Coaches can export stat sheets. It's a complete league management system built right into the platform — players and fans love seeing stats online.
