Terms of Service

By accessing or using 365 Sports Online, a platform operated by Code Stack Technology LLC ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
365 Sports Online provides live streaming and on-demand recordings of basketball and other sporting events from partner venues. Access is sold on a per-hour basis. The Service is accessible via web browser on desktop and mobile devices.
3. User Accounts
You must register for an account to purchase streams or recordings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each person may maintain only one account. Accounts are non-transferable. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Purchases and Payments
All purchases are final once a live stream begins or a recording is accessed. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We use third-party payment processors (Stripe) and do not store your full payment card information on our servers. For exceptions and refund eligibility, please see our Refund Policy.
By making a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who authorizes the purchase and the use of the payment method. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for all purchases made by minors under their supervision, including recurring membership charges. The payment method used must belong to you or be one you are authorized to use.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All streamed content, recordings, logos, and site design are the property of 365 Sports Online or its licensors. You may not download, redistribute, rebroadcast, or publicly display purchased content without prior written permission. Purchasing a stream or recording grants you a personal, non-transferable, limited license to view the content for private, non-commercial use only.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
Record, download, or redistribute streams or recordings
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
7. Venue Partner Terms
Venue partners are subject to separate partnership agreements. Content streamed from partner venues is subject to the venue's consent and scheduling. Venue partners are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents related to the participants in streamed events.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming. Stream quality may vary based on your internet connection, device capabilities, and venue equipment conditions. We are not responsible for the outcome, scheduling, or cancellation of any sporting events.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 365 Sports Online and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific stream or recording in question.
10. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile number and enabling SMS notifications in your account, you consent to receive transactional text messages from 365 Sports Online relating to your activity on the platform: booking confirmations, booking reminders, cancellations and refund updates, recording-purchase confirmations, and recording-ready alerts. SMS is off by default and is entirely optional - the service is fully usable without it.
Message frequency varies based on your activity, typically 0-5 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us, or disable the SMS toggle in your account preferences. STOP requests are honored immediately and you will receive a one-time confirmation message. For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact support@365sports.online.
Carriers and 365 Sports Online are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS service availability depends on your wireless carrier and may not be supported on all networks. See our Privacy Policy for how phone numbers are stored and used.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
