Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 31, 2026365 Sports Online, operated by Code Stack Technology LLC ("we", "us", "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our service.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (which is stored in a securely hashed format — we never store plain-text passwords).
Payment Information
Payment information is processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. We retain only the last 4 digits of your card and transaction IDs for record-keeping purposes.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you use our service, including pages visited, streams watched, purchase history, device type, browser type, and IP address.
Cookies
We use cookies for session management, authentication, and to remember your preferences.
2. How We Use Your Information
Provide, operate, and improve the streaming service
Process purchases and send receipts
Send account-related communications (purchase confirmations, password resets)
Analyze usage patterns to improve performance and content offerings
Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following parties and only as necessary:
Payment processors (Stripe) — to complete transactions
Venue partners — aggregate viewing statistics only; we never share your personal information with venues
Law enforcement — when legally required by court order or subpoena
Service providers — hosting, analytics, and infrastructure providers bound by confidentiality agreements
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Purchase history is retained for 7 years to meet tax and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@365sports.online. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
4a. Children Under 13 (COPPA)
365 Sports Online complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Accounts for players under 13 require verifiable parental consent before any personal information is collected.
What we restrict for under-13 players:
Profile photos cannot be uploaded.
Last names are not displayed on broadcast surfaces (live streams, scoreboard popouts, public profiles).
Email and phone are not exposed on public profile views.
Marketing email/SMS opt-ins require parental approval rather than the child's own.
Coach access to biometric (heart rate) data is gated by parental consent.
Parental rights: A parent or guardian may at any time:
Review the personal information we have collected from their child;
Request that we delete their child's information;
Refuse to permit further collection or use of their child's information.
How parental consent is captured:
When a child under 13 attempts to register, we collect a parent or guardian's email address and create the account in a suspended state. The child cannot log in.
We send the parent or guardian a one-time verification link, valid for 7 days.
The parent or guardian reviews what we collect, supplies their name + relationship to the child, and accepts our Terms and Privacy Policy on the child's behalf.
Only after the parent verifies does the child's account activate. Every consent action is recorded in our audit log with timestamp, IP address, and user-agent for compliance review.
To revoke consent, request data review, or delete a child's account, contact us at support@365sports.online with the child's name and the parent's verifiable email on file, or use the parent-signed deletion form linked in the original consent email. We will respond within 30 days. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent; if you believe we have done so, please contact us and we will delete the information promptly.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data transmission between your device and our servers. Passwords are stored using industry-standard salted hashing. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
Request deletion of your account and personal data
Opt out of marketing communications
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@365sports.online.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use analytics cookies to understand usage patterns and improve the service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using core features of the Service such as logging in and purchasing streams.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action. Note: sporting events streamed through our platform may feature minors as participants; streaming is authorized by venue partners who are responsible for obtaining necessary consents.
9. SMS / Text Messaging
If you choose to enable SMS notifications, we collect and store your mobile phone number to send transactional text messages related to your account activity. Phone numbers are stored encrypted at rest and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Message types: booking confirmations, booking reminders, booking cancellations and refund updates, recording-purchase confirmations, and recording-ready alerts. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS unless you separately opt in to that toggle.
Opt-in: SMS is off by default. You opt in by entering your mobile number and enabling the SMS toggles in your account at Notification Preferences. Opt-out: reply STOP to any message, or disable the toggle in the same page; unsubscribes take effect immediately. Help: reply HELP to any message for support information, or contact support@365sports.online.
Frequency: low and event-driven; typical users receive 0-5 messages per week, only after taking an action on the platform. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan.
Service provider: SMS is delivered via Microsoft Azure Communication Services. Phone numbers and message content are processed by Azure under Microsoft's privacy and security commitments solely for the purpose of delivering the messages you have requested.
10. TV Display Apps (Fire TV / Android TV)
We publish two apps that run on a venue's own Fire TV / Android TV devices: 365 Sports.Online Venue Display, which shows that venue's rotating advertisements and live streams, and 365 Sports.Online Scoreboard, which shows the live scoreboard for one of the venue's courts. Both are display apps — neither has viewer-facing accounts, and neither identifies, tracks, or profiles the people who see the screen. This section applies to both.
What the app collects:
No personal information from viewers. The app requests no login and does not access the camera, microphone, contacts, or location.
Operational device telemetry only — a periodic "heartbeat" containing the paired device ID, the venue it is paired to, the app version, the device's local-network (LAN) address, and display health status.
How it is used: solely to let the venue owner see whether their display is online and to deliver maintenance commands (reload, restart, or clear cache). We do not use it for advertising to, or analytics about, individuals.
Pairing: a display is linked to a venue with a one-time 6-digit code entered by the venue owner; no personal data is exchanged during pairing. The advertisements and streams shown are controlled by the venue and the 365 Sports.Online advertising system.
Additional notes for the Scoreboard app:
Game data — score, clock, and player statistics — travels from the venue's own scoreboard computer to the TV over the venue's local network. It is not sent to us by the TV app.
The end-of-game screen lists players who scored, using the roster the venue's scorekeeper entered. A player recorded as a minor is shown as a first name and last initial only — a minor's full name is never displayed on a public screen.
A screen can find courts on the venue's own local network automatically. That discovery stays inside the venue's network and reaches no other device or service.
The built-in demo shows a simulated game from our public demo server. It involves no venue, no roster, and no real people.
